Make the most of every room

Co-Living properties allow investors to make the most of every room in the house. The homes themselves are full turn key with a wide range of premium inclusions including air conditioning in every room and spacious shared living areas. Some offer additional rooms such as study areas or media rooms.

How it works:

The packages we offer have are 4 bedroom homes with 3 bedrooms that can be tenanted separately, each with their own ensuite

  • Each bedroom is only allowed one individual
  • The kitchen, dining and other areas are communal areas
  • Each tenant pays their own rent weekly.

 

High yield investment properties at a great price

The current packages we have available are $550,000 for a full turn-key home.

The rental return is an estimated 8.7%. Most rooms rent for $250-$300 a week with a total income of $750-$900 a week.

These are a great alternative to dual key or NDIS properties as they are more affordable and easier to secure finance on as it is sold as a home.

As there are only 3 tenants in the building it is not required for the owner to register with QLD Residential Services.


 

How are they tenanted?

We can arrange an experienced management company for your investment once a package has been secured with an EOI and a fully refundable deposit.
